Health Coaching Consultation
50 minute one-off consultation
This service includes:
A 50-minute consultation to give some insight into what an extended / in-depth health coaching programme would look like
You will learn about primary and secondary foods, those that directly impact your health and wellness the most and outline how our sessions can empower you to work towards and achieve your personal goals

Standard Health Coaching Sessions
Two (2) 50-minute Sessions / Month
This service includes:
• 2 sessions per month for a minimum of 3 months
• Follow-up tools & resources after sessions
We will work through your primary and secondary foods and empower you to work towards your personal health and wellness goals through these 100% confidential, in-depth one-on-one sessions. I will provide you with tools and resources to guide you between sessions as needed, depending on the outcomes of each session.

MINIMUM DURATION: 3 Months

Premium Health Coaching Sessions
Two (2) 50-minute Sessions / Month + Added Features
This service includes:
• 2 sessions per month for a minimum of 3 months
• Follow-up tools & resources after sessions
• Weekday access via a dedicated Whatsapp line
• 1 Free impromptu 15-minute call between sessions*
We will work through your primary and secondary foods and empower you to work towards your personal health and wellness goals through these 100% confidential, in-depth one-on-one sessions. I will provide you with tools and resources to guide you between sessions as needed, depending on the outcomes of each session.

In between sessions, whenever you have a question or need support you may contact me via chat on the dedicated Whatsapp line and I'll be sure to offer some guidance or resources as soon as possible. If something particularly pressing requires a conversation, you will be entitled to one (1) free 15 minute call via Whatsapp as well and I will assist and support you as best as I can.
